SWIFT HR is recognized as an accredited trainer under the 1% Training Investment Act (formerly known as the Act to Foster the Development of Manpower Training that, as of 2007, is known as the Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition). If a company is subject to this law, it must invest the equivalent of at least 1% of its business’ payroll in training.
